EU Consumer Rights - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. This is your legal right under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@aljaslemensek.com. You must return the items within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Items must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Extended 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your EU rights, we offer an extended 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. The same conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@aljaslemensek.com to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns must be sent to Austria.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@aljaslemensek.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
Under EU law, you also have rights regarding conformity of goods. If products are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it (once accepted) and place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
